Renting Conditions
Bookings: Booking could be done by fax (+39050710319) or by e-mail (info@caravanbacci.com), writing model choosen, timing and numbers of driving licence. If Caravanbacci confirm the booking, you to MAKE A BANK TRANSFERT OF 40% of the renting and send until 24 hours, by fax, the receipt.
Payament: 40% AT THE BOOKING and 60% 30 days before the departure date, NO CREDIT CARD ACCEPTED. If these payament terms are not respected, you loose deposit and the booking. At the end of the renting, you have to pay miles exceed and euro 48 for car-wash and sterilization. At the departure you have to paid the deposit â?¬1500). It covers the insurance fee. The deposit will give you back at vehicle's return. In case of damages as accidents it will be back at the end of the legal responsability clarification. The deposit could be paid by credit card
Delivery and return: the r.v. delivery is possible from Monday to Saturday (9.30/12.00). Every vehicles is delivered cleaned and checked, before the return you have to empty the tanks. However, you pay euro 52. Delivery and return in Caravanbacci show-room (via del Fosso Vecchio, Cascina PI).
Late return: after 12 o'clock, you pay one day more. After one or more days, you pay four time for every day exceed, except Caravanbacci previous autorization.
Repairs: in case of damage, the customer can spend euro 52 + IVA (Italian VAT) without previous authorization. For more expensive repairs, a written Caravanbacci authorization is needed. However, every invoice has to be sendt, with receipt, to: Caravanbacci s.r.l., Via Tosco Romagnola, 125, 56121 Cascina (PI). Please note that Caravanbacci wan't refund it in case of customer negligence.
Fine: customer is responsible for fine and has to refund it to Caravanbacci.
Driving licence: older than 21 y.o., a valid driving licence releseas almost 12 months ealier.
