N.B.

The minimum rental period is a weekend (3 nights). The weekend rate is not applied from 1 July to 20 September: the minimum rental period is 7 nights in July, 14 nights in August and 7 nights from 1 to 20 September. For a rental of 4 days the weekend rate + 1 day is applied, for the application of the daily rate the minimum period is 5 days. The unlimited kilometer rate can only be applied for rentals starting from 6 days.

RATES DO NOT INCLUDE

Diesel, oil, kilometers exceeding the allowance ( in the case of a limited kilometer choice). There is a mandatory contribution of € 100 for: washing, sanitization with professional ozone generator, 220w electric cable, water pipe, leveling wedges, toilet liquid and a gas cylinder starting from 5 kg in relation to the chosen camper.

RULES AND SANCTIONS

Remember that it is NO SMOKING inside the Camper, otherwise we can impose a fine of € 250

Remember that ANIMALS MAY GET inside the camper ONLY AT THE DISCRETION OF OUR JUDGMENT. In any case, upon returning the camper must not show traces of odors, excrement or other, otherwise we can impose a sation of 250 €

Remember to always take the payment receipt with you at each refueling. If the diesel has traces of water that could compromise the proper functioning of the engine, you will be relieved of the responsibility for the damage. If not, you will have to pay for the damage, as it is not covered under warranty

Free car parking service during the rental period.

When signing the agreement we require a Visa / Mastercard credit card (American Express is not accepted ) for the excess of the Kasko policy with blocking of the amount upon departure equal to € 1,500 for the Compact, Family and Deluxe categories and € 2,000 for the Premium and Plus categories. The excess will be returned within 20 days of returning from the trip in case of a perfect return of the vehicle.

At the time of booking, the customer is required to pay a sum equal to 30% of the total rental amount and must pay at least 30 days before the beginning of the trip. Failure to pay within the terms indicated is equivalent to a waiver. Upon return, the balance is due for any excess kilometers (if the rate with limited km has been chosen) and anything else established in the contract.
